Never knew I could go an entire day with no dart and no withdrawal. Vaping is a viable substitute. You can’t get someone who eats a 12oz steak everyday to start eating vegan it just won’t work. Tried quitting cold turkey before which may work for some, but for the majority of us whom smoke a pack a day or more it isn’t that simple and sustainable. This is the perfect substitute, you get a similar sensation while feeling 200% better. Currently dart free and I can take a full breath in without any crackling from the phlegm. Morning coughs are dissipating and you can even taste your vapor more because your taste buds are returning.
From first hand experience with both analog and vaporizers, I can affirm that vaping improves your health. Whether or not vaporizers cause cancer I do not know, but we do know for a FACT that cigarettes cause cancer. The fear shouldn’t be in the end game (disease that ultimately kills you) but the type of health you carry on in your day to day life. To me, day to day life and your general every day health is more important than some unknown factor at the end stage of life. With vaping, I am able to appease my appetite for something I love (smoking, i LOVE it so much) and maintain my health to the best of my ability. I won’t feel guilty when I do have that cigarette once in a while because I know I will be smoking that cigarette for the love of smoking and not because of the nicotine, which to me is a sustainable in the long term. To all smokers – from an ex-daily smoker who still loves smoking , the smell, taste, finger motions , inhaling/exhaling, friends/family whom we smoke with, I truly recommend trying e-cigarettes. Whether you make it a full substitute or just a tool to help you cut down, both are good viable solutions. Smoke less-vape more Drink less coffee-drink more tea Same methodology. Don’t cut something out of your life that you love. Everything in moderation, something I was not doing.
