A few years ago, I was smoking cigarettes. I wasn’t constantly smoking, maybe 5-6 a day because of stress from school but I am in track at my college and the smoke really did a number on my lungs. I could not breath right or run as fast as my body could if I havnt been smoking. Then a friend of mine actually introduced me to vaping. I bought a starter one and it didn’t really help, but I was convinced it was he only thing to help my cause and keep me from ruining my lungs and performance more for my races. So i decided to spend a little more money on something that hits just a little bit harder and with more nicotine and it really helped. I can get the stress I feel from school down to a minimum without having all these harsh chemicals affecting my body. I can’t thank anyone else more but my friend for introducing me to it and I’m glad I stopped smoking.
