I loved smoking and would still be doing it today if not for modern day electronic vaporizers (e-cigs). I got tired of smelling like an ash-tray and knowing that it was going to kill me someday. I smoked for about 15 years and at least a pack per day. I ordered a starter-kit online, it was a vape pen style. It is not the same as smoking, but it is so much better. I started with 12mg nicotine, which was a little harsh but helped curb the cravings. Once I got off the cancer sticks, I started to lower the nicotine.. to 6, then 3, and eventually 0 nicotine. I really enjoy vaping. It was hard to switch at first because there are hundreds of other chemicals and known carcinogens in cigarettes that are not in eliquid that my body was used to getting. My favorite flavors are similar to cereals and breakfast foods, like fruity pebbles or pancakes, and dessert and candy flavors like strawberry cheesecake and banana candy. After I quit smoking, I can say that I have much more energy, am more active, and happier.
