smoked my first cigarette when i was 10 years old. by the age of 16 i was smoking 2 packs every day and depending on my stress levels it could be as many as 3 packs per day. tried many times through out my 20’s, tried the gum tried the patch and even cold turkey longest i ever made it was about 4 weeks smoke free. in my thirties and new on the market were e cigs blu vuse and mark 10 i would use those when i would drive in rental cars whenever i would go out of town for work. those didnt help still made stops along the way to blaze an analog.when i was 30 one of the lube techs at my work came in using a vape an ego style refillable he was always trying to get me to try it i declined as often as he asked id say things like were all gonna die some day im gonna enjoy my life the way i want to. but he peaked my interest enough that i started doing research on the products and the chemicals used in the liquid did almost 6 months of research on the internet. one day i was walking through the mall and there was a vape stand selling ego style pens i finally decided to give it a try i tried almost every flavor they had and walked away was not ready to buy one hell they were $80 bucks (highly over priced) but i didn’t know went on about my shopping and on my way out i decided to buy one. spent the $80 bucks and ended up getting RY4 tobacco flavor. on that day in the last week of august 2014 i smoked my last cigarette. and withing about a week i notice a big change in my sense of taste and smell in the weeks following i noticed that while playing whit my kids i was not stopping to catch my breath every five minutes. so yeah vaping changed my life possibly even saved it. im 32 now and have been cigarette free for 16 months. it was not easy and it took a lot of commitment but i gave big tobacco over 20 years of my life and countless dollars and i wont give them any more time or money. thanks for taking the time to read this oh i currently vape 3mg nic started at 24mg and i cant even stomach the smell of a cigarette any more the smell makes my want to vomit. -john moss
