I smoked a pack a day since around 19 years old. I wanted to quit many times and tried patches(horrible headaches and the first hour of wearing them was a severe uncomfortable rush), lozenges(indigestion and dry mouth not to mention loss of apetite) and gum (terrible taste and unsatisfying). I’m 28 now and January 5th 2015 was my last cigarette smoked. I stopped smoking cigarettes immediately due to vaping. Within a week I had the confidence in the positive affect of vaping to throw away my last pack. My breathing has improved as have my senses of smell and taste. I no longer wake up in the morning full of phlegm and mucus. I no longer smell horribly to myself and others. I feel better and breathe better. Without vaping it wouldn’t be possible. in addition I have also reduced the nicotine in the liquid I buy from 18mg to 12mg. I plan to reduce it more over time.
