I had been smoking since the age of 14, I had gotten up to 2 packs a day. I decided to stop in my local vape shop in Colorado (Vapor Source) and picked up a vape, and started at a 12 nic, before I knew it I was stepping down to a 6 and then to a 3 and then a 1.5 and now I’m down to a 0. I doubt I will continue vaping now since I’m not really getting anything but the flavor from it any more, but I’m 24 now and I haven’t had tobacco since 22. Vaping really can help people quit and it took me 2 years of waning myself off nicotine with my vape to totally get off nicotine. If you are looking to quit tobacco but don’t want to do it cold turkey, I highly recommend vaping. Just have the diligence to step down your nic levels when you get used to your nic level. I noticed that when I would vape nicotine I would get used to that level and I would vape less at that level (take less hits) that’s when I noticed I should step down my nic levels. The last one was the most difficult to step off of, as it is still cold turkey from the 1.5 level but after 3 days the cravings were gone. I recommend going to Flavor Monster if you are wanting to buy 1.5 levels or buying a 3 and a 0 with a unicorn bottle and mixing it half and half to make a 1.5. That’s my testimony. Vape on Bois.
