Since the release of the FDA’s prohibitive deeming regulations, donations to the American Vaping Association have experienced a significant uptick. All across the country and the world, businesses and consumers are recognizing that support for organizations fighting for vapor products is critical to changing the predicate date and creating a sustainable path forward for small- and medium-sized businesses in the vapor industry.
Beyond sending a huge thank you to our medallion sponsors (see the list at the bottom of this page), we would also like to send out a big thank you to the Chinese manufacturers who have gotten involved in our fight.
We are honored to have recently received two separate $10,000 donations from SEVIA USA and SMOK. SEVIA USA represents a nonprofit partnership between Chinese manufacturers Aspire, Kangertech, Innokin, and SMOK (and hopefully more as the realities of this regulation begin to set in). SMOK was kind enough to make an individual donation as well.
Due to time restraints we cannot personally thank each and every person or organization that donates to the AVA. But make no mistake about it, we see them and they give us inspiration to continue our work.
Today, we salute SEVIA USA and SMOK for their generous contributions not only to the AVA, but also to other organizations!
